PRIVACY NOTICE

Your information.
A clear purpose.

Digital Design and Fulfillment Systems (DDFS) operates this website. This notice explains our handling of information collected through our website, inquiries and email-list signup. Updated October 23, 2026. Contact [email protected] for privacy questions or requests.

Information we collect

When you request a service, we collect your name, email address, service choice, optional phone number and the project details you provide. If you join our email list, we collect your email, optional name, consent record, and voucher and redemption details. Our service providers may process connection and device information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect the website.

How we use information

We use inquiry details to respond to you, discuss and deliver services, maintain relevant business records, and prevent misuse. We use subscription information to record your preferences, administer vouchers already issued under our earlier first-website offer, and send offers only when you have agreed to receive them. An inquiry alone does not subscribe you to marketing.

Your email choices

Email-list signup is optional and uses a separate consent choice. You can withdraw consent through the preference link provided after signup, an unsubscribe link in a marketing email when sending is enabled, or by contacting us. Withdrawing does not cancel an otherwise eligible voucher. We may still respond to service requests you make. Automated marketing delivery is not currently enabled.

When information is shared

We use service providers for website delivery and security, communications, and protected backups. They may process information needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate misuse, or resolve a security incident. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies and browser preferences

We use essential security cookies for forms and account sessions. Your browser can also store motion preferences. We use first-party visitor analytics to count page views, selected button clicks, and time while a page is visible. A random identifier stored for a browser tab session groups these events; it is not a verified identity. Analytics events do not contain form contents, email addresses, or full URLs. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals by not sending these events. We do not use advertising trackers. Security providers may process technical information needed to protect and deliver the site.

Protecting your information

We use safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, including encrypted website connections, restricted administrative access, multi-factor authentication for administrators, and protected backups. No system can guarantee absolute security. Please do not submit passwords, government identification numbers, payment-card details, health information or other sensitive personal information through our general forms. If a project requires sensitive information, contact us first to agree on an appropriate transfer method.

Retention

We retain information for ongoing conversations, service delivery, consent and voucher administration, security, and applicable recordkeeping needs. Retention depends on the purpose and any legal requirements. You may request deletion of information that is no longer needed. We may retain limited records to honor an opt-out or meet legal obligations. Deleted records may remain in protected backups until those copies expire.

Access, correction and deletion

Email [email protected] to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you supplied, or to ask about its use. We may ask for reasonable verification before disclosing or changing records. Do not send identification documents unless we have agreed on a secure method. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on your location and the laws that apply; we will respond as required by applicable law.

Children and external links

Our services are intended for business customers, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information. External websites linked from our site have their own privacy practices.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice when our practices change and revise the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before making a material change in how we use information.

Marketing choices

Marketing is optional. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link that stops marketing without a login or additional confirmation. Supported email applications can also use one-click unsubscribe. Opting out does not stop necessary replies or service updates you requested. We keep a minimal record of your choice so you are not automatically re-enrolled. The content and purpose of a message determine whether it is marketing; calling it a follow-up does not change that.
